A common reptile about twice the size of a large hand. Nobody knows its base colour, since it changes depending on what it eats. Twice a day, it emits a bright, blinding glow from its entire body. These twin events are known across Balior as Morlight and Evelight, and are the reason Luminarcs are common pets in both governing offices and commoner households alike. How they know when to glow remains a mystery.
